Month of Women's Health is announced by the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan on World Population Day.  The campaign, supported by UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, will run from 11 July until 11 August. 

The purpose of the campaign is to raise the awareness of women on the importance of taking care of their own women's health through timely visits to the doctor and inform on the existing services in the country in the area of reproductive health. 

During the campaign period, women countrywide will have an opportunity to receive for FREE: cervical cancer testing and reproductive health counseling at the 94 reproductive health centers and rooms of the country.
