Ms. Bayramgul Garabayeva has assumed her duties as Assistant Representative of UNFPA Country Office in Turkmenistan.
Bayramgul brings 20 years of progressively responsible work experience within government structures, non-governmental organisations and international development agencies, highly applicable to policy and legal analysis, strategic planning, institutional and capacity development, results based management. Notably, Bayramgul has rich and diverse experience in the UN Turkmenistan having worked over the past 14 years for UNFPA, UNDP, and most recently UNICEF.
Bayramgul holds MSc in Management and Administration of Non-governmental Organizations from London School of Economics (UK) and University degree in Economics from Turkmen Polytechnical Institute (Turkmenistan).
